1. Swetened foods
Sugar destroys healthy collagen and leave debris of damaged collagen. When the healthy collagen of the skin gets damages, the collagen production stops and the glycation reaction occurs. The glycation reaction damages the tissue and the skin, and thus causes aging. Generally, glycation reaction starts at the age of about 35 years old. Frequent consumption of sugars and candies promotes the glycation reaction.
2. Meats with high saturated fat
Saturated fatty acids adversely affect the heart and skin, and also affect the depth of wrinkles. A diet containing about 17 grams of saturated fatty acids will make the skin suitable for causing wrinkles. And it reacts with collagen to induce glycation and promote skin aging. Saturated fatty acids exist in large amounts in meats such as goats, loaches, cows, chickens, pigs, goats, and rabbits except eels.
3. Fried or baked food
When fried or baked, the final product of the saccharification reaction gets formed, damaging the skin. Especially crispy portions of chicken, grilled marks on steak, and grilled bacon are the last products of saccharification reaction. The high heat, used when frying and baking foods, is bad for the skin because it works with saccharides and fatty acids.
